Based in North Wales, Tengo Media quite simply provide a complete range of IT services. Computer and Network Servicing are provided in the form of Ad-Hoc Support, Service Contracts, Remote Support and Automated Monitoring. PC repairs can be carried out on-site or in-house. We retail new PC’s, parts and accessories, and we also provide broadband and phone to consumers and businesses. On the business side, we also consult on and sell the hardware and software for larger scale IT implementations such as complete server client networks, Wi-Fi hotspots, multi-site networks and phone systems.
Our philosophy is to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all IT requirements, for both businesses and consumers nationwide. We have a focus on exceptional, friendly service, which differentiates us from the larger PC retail companies. Customers of the larger retail stores often feel let down by after-sales service and staff knowledge. We aim to be competitive on retail prices – our business model is not so much focused on obtaining profit from retail, than in profit from other value added products and from the fantastic quality service that our engineers supply.
